Nice set-up again, great video, Thanks again for sharing it with us! Tim.
I enjoy your videos! Keep up the good work.
When will you release episode 7 of the mobile work shop?
I have recorded video for version 7 three times, but nothing has been useable yet. I will try again this week.
Thanks,
Ron
Nice and easy job explaination.
This is always good to get pro version of a job that give idea and tricks to same time and make it easy and nicer sometimes.
Thanks again for sharing your wealth of knowledge Ron. Bit of a cold in this episode? Looking forward to the mobile workshop version 7!
PS, I ended up using my mobile vac trolley for my thicknesser support. ASs luck would have it, the table height of the thicknesser on cabunet was just a little taller than my main bench. The bench is the height that other surfaces will be built to. This does not include my assembly table which is much the same as your ultimate workbench.

Festool, Kreg, and Blum should be sending you checks every month. Watching you use the TS 55 in stop motion has me truly convinced. Although I guess there would be some conflict, because the Blum absolutely blows the Kreg or Festool shelf pin hole systems out of the water. I have been building up my tool inventory slowly over the years, but this makes me think that a business loan would be worth while.
Check Craigs list for Blum.
Thanks for the input.
Fascinating. Thanks. Almost embarrassed to ask but who is the artist for the music you play in the fast motion sequence?
As always A+!!
Great music !!
I love this video. I am not that experienced and struggle with workflow. This has been extremely helpful. Thanks for sharing your years of experience with us. I am learning a lot!
Thanks Ron!
So is that a clamp that is specially designed for pocket screw holes? And if so then how does it clamp? I’m not a carpenter but wouldn’t it just be clamping one piece of wood from two sides?Since I assume that the hole goes all the way through the one piece of wood.
@Pedistrarian42
It is a clamp designed to work for Pocket-hole screws. The pocket hole is drilled in one piece of wood, but is a two stage hole. The smaller hole goes all the way through for the screw shaft. The shoulder of the pocket hole is larger for the screw head to set against. Pocket holes have been around for a long time. I am sure Youtube has many videos showing how the system work.
